Age of Majority
The age at which a person may enter into a contractual agreement to purchase a motor vehicle.
The age of Majority is 18 in most states. Exceptions exist for the following states:

Iowa

Louisiana

Texas

Alabama - age 19

Hawaii

Nebraska - age 19

Utah

Colorado

Kansas

Oregon

Washington

Idaho
